Design
The actual cable installation is only a small part of a structured cabling system.  There must be a foundation from which the installation team can work.  This foundation comes in the form of a solid cable plant design.  Northwest Technologies Group, Inc. employs both BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDDs) and designers certified by various manufacturers (CDs) to ensure that our cabling installations comply with the latest codes and standards.

Cable Certification
Northwest provides LAN cable certification, based upon the industry standards. Certification of the data cable plant is essential in determining whether existing cable supports your network type. Certifying existing cable can prevent unnecessary delays when installing network hardware.

Installation
Northwest provides its customers with educated and field experienced cable installation technicians. These technicians are also experienced in the infrastructure of high-speed data and the voice networking they install. They are hired in the consideration of industry experience, technical knowledge and their positive work attitude.

Support and Maintenance
As we move into the 21^st century, emphasis in doing business is placed on technology, competitiveness, speed, accuracy and productivity. This is an essential part of the work place environment. Maintaining the connectivity of the voice and data networks is imperative to the success of any business. When systems fail, our quick response to a request for service provides our customers with certified technical support to reduce down time. Typical response to an emergency call is two hours. Standard response time to a non critical call is next day service. Request for moves, adds, and changes to your existing facilities can be scheduled within a 48 hour response time.

Cable Plant Installation
Northwest offers cable plant installations that perform up to the specifications of the high performance cable being provided. High speed data cabling requires special handling to ensure the effectiveness of the system. Mishandling of the cable during installation can severely impair the performance of the cable plant and the network. Our technicians are trained by the manufacturer and by Northwest to insure that the cable being installed performs to all OEM specifications.
